this hotel was sooo underwhelming. the gym had an AC that didn’t work, and the room was filled with clanging noises, how charming! i was also quite disappointed not to find a room upgrade or any kind of complimentary gesture after these little hiccups. honestly, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Inviting atmosphere with friendly staff and excellent breakfast options (try the yogurt bar! ). The sun streaming through the windows is uplifting and the room was well-maintained.
The refrigerator was a bit small (could use a bigger one).

tru by hilton has a great location that's perfect for exploring downtown. I loved the 24/7 coffee station, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with an excellent blackout curtain. They have the longest outdoor pool in town!
